Ken Stradling, MD
President

Dr. Kennard Stradling, a native of New Mexico, is a 1988 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1991.

In 1991, Dr. Stradling moved his family back to Farmington, NM to staff the Emergency Department at San Juan Regional Medical Center. He served as Director of the Emergency Department from 1993-2000. In 2001, Dr. Stradling co-founded Reliance Medical Group to provide Occupational Medicine services to San Juan County and the surrounding areas.

Larry Welling, MD

Larry Welling graduated in 1978 with a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology from Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He went on to graduate with an Medical Doctorate degree in 1986 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, in Urbana, Illinois.

He met Dr. Stradling during his residency at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. Dr. Welling came to work at Reliance in 2005.

Chad Silseth, DC

Chad Silseth completed coursework in Pre-Chiropractic Undergraduate Studies at the University of North Dakota in 1997. He went on to complete his education at the Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine.

In 1998 he began working for Mesa Occupational and Sports Medicine. In 2007, he came to work with the Reliance Medical Group.
